Navigators Encore is a ministry designed for veteran Navigators who seek to finish well in God’s calling. As highly experienced members of The Navigators, we want God to use us to raise up laborers who will multiply generations for Christ.
Paul’s words to young pastor Timothy capture the heartbeat of Navigators Encore: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7). Encore staff fight to advance the gospel of Christ and His Kingdom, using our gifts and life lessons to build into those around us, as we live and disciple among the lost. Encore staff strive to finish well the work God has given us, tapping into wisdom gained during our years of laboring in His Kingdom. Encore staff remain faithful and faith-filled in maintaining our spiritual vigor and passion for Christ and what’s on His heart—and passing that on to future generations.
