About Brian and Debi Zaas
Brian and Debi Zaas serve as Co-Directors for Navigators Life and Leadership Coaching as part of Navigators HQ within the Train, Develop and Care (TDC) team , bringing a coach approach to all areas of ministry and mission spanning the Navigators worldwide!
Our ministry verse: “We loved you so much that we shared with you not only God’s Good News but our own lives, too.” (1 Thessalonians 2:8)
Our calling is to be used as God’s vessel to help others live the abundant life that God promises in John 10:10. He has given us the gifts to raise up coaches and disciple-makers who empower others to be transformed by the Holy Spirit in ways that they have never imagined. We bring a passion for coaching emerging leaders to reach their goals, develop stronger relationships, grow in their profession or ministry calling, balance life, and move through significant transitions. God has called us to teach, train, and develop a team of certified and credentialed Life, Leadership, and Discipleship coaches who embrace the vision of bringing a coach approach to their disciple-making relationships and leadership influence.
Our background includes a combined 20-plus years of leadership development and a variety of coaching for people and groups of all shapes and sizes (including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, church leadership and leaders across the globe). Debi and Brian both have their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from International Coaching Federation.
We are partnering throughout Navigators to integrate coaching resources that have been developed under the umbrella of Navigator Church Ministries with coaching initiatives from throughout The Navigators over the past three decades. Life, Leadership, and Discipleship Coaching are powerful ways to join God on mission as He grows disciples who develop generations of disciples where they live, work, and play.
As a husband and wife married for 30 years, we have a heart to help young couples who are engaged or early in their marriage to center their lives around Christ. We have two beautiful young adult daughters who live and work in Florida – St. Petersburg-Tampa-Clearwater area. In 2019, we were blessed with the addition of two grandsons to our family.
“May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” (Ephesians 3:19-20, NLT)
