Acts 26:19-32

Acts 26:19-32 … Acts 26 continues Paul’s testimony before Festus and King Agrippa II. In his speaking, Paul clearly presents the Gospel message of salvation (Acts 26:22-23). It’s also interesting that Paul points out that the fulfillment of all the prophecies of Christ were accomplished out in the open, witnessed by all the population (v.26 – Paul said: “The king is familiar with these things!”) The pagan governor, Festus, isn’t moved at all, but the text indicates that Agrippa, at least, was given pause (see v.28) and took away something to think about. The side conversation between Agrippa and Festus is an interesting summary of the dilemma that God will use to bring Paul to Rome as His witness.
