God’s heart is for the lost. His heart is for laborers who will go touch them with the hope of the Gospel. Recruiting men and women to labor in the harvest fields starts first with prayer. From there, laborers need to be discovered, invited, and enlisted into Kingdom service. This takes intentionality. There are people who are passionate about reaching the lost, but not sure where to go or who to talk to. That’s where we come in. We help them go from being a spectator on the sidelines, to being an active participant in the Great Commission!

The Navigators’ New Staff Recruiting Initiative is a major effort to enlist hundreds of new staff into our ministries and deep into the nations. This will take a lot of work, and we need a team to help with this.

We desperately need financial partners to help us mobilize, recruit, and equip a new wave of skillful Gospel messengers to reach the broken and lost in every strata of society in every corner of the world. Will you help us?
