Ethnic Ministries Staff

Navigators are reaching people around the globe, and we're also ministering to "the nations" right here in the U.S. We are a culturally diverse country and becoming more so faster and faster! And the "face" of The Navigators is also changing, as more people of various ethnicities join our staff to help fulfill our calling: to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.

Some ethnic Navigators minister within their own people group; others minister cross-culturally to people of various ethnicities. But almost all of our ethnic staff must overcome unique funding challenges, because many ethnic believers are unfamiliar with The Navigators and with the idea of parachurch ministry and individual missionary support.
