Rusty and Lani have been on staff with The Navigators since 1980. Currently, Rusty serves on our National Leadership Team as Associate U.S. Director, overseeing our U.S. Field Ministries. His focus is on expanding and integrating more than 500 campus, military, city, church, and ethnic group-focused ministries across the United States.
Rusty and Lani love to help believers become confident and free to share Christ naturally in their everyday lives. They have three adult children and one beautiful granddaughter.
