We have the privilege of serving with the Collegiate Navigators in several ways. I (Steve) am the Director of Administration for all the college ministries around the country. Currently 680 staff minister on 162 campuses in the U.S., so this is a sizable challenge!

I lead a team of 18 office staff in the areas of personnel, finance, communications, and events. My greatest desire is to lighten the load of our campus staff. I also serve on the National Collegiate Ministries Team, which leads the Collegiate Ministry. Thus I have opportunity to influence others in areas outside of administration.

Carol helps develop staff trainers around the country. She leads training events both for those being trained and for those providing training. Because there has been so much recent growth in the Collegiate Navigators, those involved in training make up more than half of our staff!

Carol also develops ministry tools for staff. She created a Compact Discipleship tool to give practical ways to spiritually invest in another person. She also developed a “Toolbox”—a collection of favorite Navigator resources that staff have been using with students across the country.
