35 Years with The Navigators

This year marks 35 years of serving with The Navigators. Our journey has led us to 4 different states and 6 different cities. Our current ministry is with The Navigators Church Discipleship Ministry (CDM) where our focus is on helping churches develop intentional transformational communities.

Our vision is to see churches become more effective in equipping people to know Christ and make Him known. The New Testament word for this kind of peson is a "disciple." The great commission's focus is on making disciples who make disciples. Christ's strategy of spiritual generations is still key to reaching a lost world. We believe this is still the mandate and mission of the church.

Based in Kansas City, we are involved in coaching leaders and developing resources that will help churches and individuals become more effective in living out Christ's great commission.
