Prayer Requests

This coming month we have the following prayer requests:
  • Church planting prayer team. Pray that God would raise up at least 100 commited families to join our prayer team. Currently, 93 families have responded to be on the team.
  • Praise - We have a location. We have a lot of peace about where God has led us and we are excited about doing ministry in Jackson County.
  • People. Our single greatest need is for people with whom we can launch the church. We are praying for people with a like heart for seeing people live like Jesus. We are also asking specifically for 3 'insiders' - individuals or families who are already relationally connected in Jackson Co. to emerge as key components of the core group.
  • Pray for our house to sell. This is a growing concern that could soon hinder ministry. Our prayer is that it would go under contract this month.
Financial Needs - New Information Many of you have asked about sending funds for the new church start. Though we receive our salary through FBC and soon through Crossroads, come next year a ministry budget will be extremely helpful in launching the new church.
