Helping Churches Become Intentional in Disciplemaking
Meet your friends Peter and Gwisook Hong.
Gwisook and I live in Westminster, CA and work at developing leaders. Before coming to California, we lived in Southeast Asia and ministered with The Navigators for 20 years.
As Church Discipleship Ministry (CDM) staff, we work with All Nations Community Church, located at 13841 Milton Ave. ,Westminster, CA 92683, where I am Senior Pastor. The church community is striving to develop a model for "Intentional Disciplemaking Churches" for Asian American churches. Our church offers contemporary worship followed by Sunday school and sermons for English and Korean congregations. You can also experience Family Ministries (Small Groups) with people from various backgrounds where you may grow in discipleship yourself as you learn to relate with some other friends in a seeker-friendly environment.
I head up the CDM Staff Team for Asian American churches. The team mentors pastors among Asian American churches to help them to develop Intentional Disciplemaking Churches.
I also lead a ministry to help equip and train church leaders in Asia. We hope to see pastors become "disciplemakers" and their churches become Intentional Disciplemaking Churches.

- Gwisook and I may stay intimate with God, so that we may become discerning, loving, resourceful and caring leaders (Isaiah. 58:12).
- ANCC (All Nations Community Church) may grow to become a model of an Intentional Disciplemaking Church for Asian American churches (2 Timothy 2:2).
- Many churches and individual Christians may be stirred by the Holy Spirit to become partners in the ministry,training leaders for churches in Asia, that they may see a real impact made for the Christian churches, and that the remaining 99% of the people come to embrace the Lord Jesus.
