New Directions

Sometimes our lives are shaped by events, seasons, or persons. An event happened to me recently that will shape my life, perhaps as much as my conversion at the University of Nebraska in 1960.

I experienced a stroke in my right eye. My brother, David, had a stroke following surgery three years ago. Stroke is the third leading cause of death, and we are both fortunate to be alive.
