For Prayer

Please pray for the following items and other topics that you feel the Lord puts on your heart when you think about this new ministry of helping seminaries and Bible colleges in intentional disciplemaking.

1. For our walk with God -- staying fresh and vital, so we are ministering from the overflow of time in The Scriptures and in prayer.
   
2. For wisdom and insight --  that we truly hear and understand new concepts and draw proper conclusion about how to apply what we are learning (1 Chronicles 22:12a).
   
   
3. For adequate financial support -- that we can recruit additional people who will contribute generously to The Navigators for this project on a regular basis over the next three years.
   
   
4. For health and energy -- Betty will be doing editing.  I am doing the leg work and putting in the hours of study time with people, and will be writing drafts of materials and doing field testing as soon as a clear strategy takes shape.
   
   
5. For sensitivity to God’s leading -- We have an initial game plan, but we are looking to the Lord to show us what steps to take along the way.  We realize that we may end up going quite a different direction than we now anticipate (2 Samuel 5:19, 23).
