The Navigators’ Church Discipleship Ministry (CDM) serves the Body of Christ across denominational lines by partnering with churches to help them become intentional in making disciples and fulfilling the Great Commission. CDM staff coach pastors and train ministry leaders in establishing a church-wide process for disciplemaking, so the whole congregation engages in fulfilling the Great Commission.
Don and Lei Muse serve with The Navigators’ CDM throughout northern and central California. For 15 years, Don and Lei have intentionally invested in others’ lives in northern California to help the average church attendee move from being a “consumer” of church and Christianity to becoming a passionate disciple of Jesus Christ. They use their God-given gifts and skills in discipleship and small-group training to help growing disciples move forward in the process of growing in Christ.
Don is available to co-labor with local congregational leadership or regional/district leadership to help them understand and implement training and tools for an effective change into a discipleship culture within the local congregation. Don also walks with men at various stages of their individual discipleship process. God is working through the Body of Christ to change lives one at a time. Don is involved in various small groups of maturing believers who are learning the heart and skills of one-to -one disciplemaking.
Don and Lei live in Brentwood, California. Don is a licensed pastor of Golden Hills Community Church and full-time staff with The Navigators’ CDM Mission. Don and Lei have two wonderful children, Kathryn (18) and Nicholas (15). If there is any way they can partner with you in your effort to fulfill the Great Commission, please email donmuse@yahoo.com.
