Ministry Profile and Personal Background
Marvin and Pam have been married for 18 years and have three wonderful boys, Taylor, 14, Zachary, 12, and Joshua, 10. They met while attending college (Marvin at the Naval Academy and Pam at Bowie State University) and served in the Navy for thirteen years prior to leaving the service for full-time Christian missions in February 2002. After investing four years in the launch of a metro ministry in Raleigh-Durham NC, Marvin now serves as Regional Director for Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Ministries. In this capacity, he is responsible for recruitment, training, development, and mentoring of collegiate staff and volunteers on campuses throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, and North Carolina. Pam homeschools their three boys, works part-time as a fitness instructor/personal trainer, and hosts countless area friends for bible studies and assorted gatherings. Together, they are trusting God to guide and direct them as they provide leadership, vision, care, mentoring, and training for the spectacular campus ministry staff teams investing their lives on the campus mission field. They currently reside in Upper Marlboro, MD.
