Colorado Springs, ColoradoYou did not choose Me but I chose you and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. John 15:16
Kay grew up as a missionary kid in Swaziland and South Africa. I, Nate, grew up of Assyrian stock in Iran, and was educated in a British boarding school in Darjeeling, India. Kay met The Navigators as a student at BIOLA, while I received new life in Christ while studying at California State Polytechnic College, and met The Navigators as a student.
Kay and I have had the privilege of serving the Lord through The Navigators for forty-seven years. This journey has taken us to Lebanon, India, and Iran and to pioneer ministries among international students in the United States in Wisconsin and Colorado.
We now live in Colorado Springs and focus on mentoring new staff, developing materials, following up with internationals who have returned to their countries, and coaching staff in putting on conferences and training programs.
The motivation for all this comes from the Lord’s call to love Him, and to make disciples of all nations. We see international students as one of God’s strategies to reach the nations.
Our involvement in the greater Body of Christ has included birthing the Association of Christians Ministering Among Internationals (ACMI) and preparing internationals to serve Christ when they return to their home countries. To this end, I wrote the book
Home Again, published by NavPress.
Thanks for your interest in our ministry!
