University of Arizona - Tucson, AZYou did not choose Me but I chose you and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.
John 15:16
As a child, I believed there was a God and that He took a personal interest in my life. However, during late middle and high school, I came to know the Lord in an intimate way as my personal savior. I began spending time in His Word, praying, and asking Him what He wanted my life to look like as I headed toward college. I attended the University of Arizona and knew I wanted to get involved with a community of believers on campus. I checked out The Navigators and ended up hosting a freshman girls’ Bible study in my dorm room where friendships formed that I would have throughout my years at school. I continued to fall more in love with the Lord and surrender my life to Him as I walked through intense highs and lows that college threw my way.
He has developed in me a heart for women who are hungry for something greater than this world can offer. I am committing the next year of my life to building lasting relationships with women on campus, teaching them to walk authentically with their Savior and sharing with them the joy of the Lord that has changed my own life.
