Twin Cities“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners…”
Isaiah 61:1
I want to work for The Navigators because I wholeheartedly believe in their mission, “To Know Christ and Make Him Known.” My deepest desire is to know Christ and pursue Him with all my heart. I can’t think of a better way to spend my life than pursuing Him, and in-turn, helping others do the same.
My calling is to develop a grass-roots ministry designed for students ages 12-22. My main ministry for The Navigators will be:
• Teaching at private schools, college campuses, youth camps and churches on topics such as abstinence until marriage, making wise choices, and cultivating healthy relationships
• One-to-one mentoring
• Small-group mentoring and Bible studies
• Positive relationship building activities to help students form community
• Connecting students to trained mentors/coaches when requested. This includes training the mentors or seeing that they receive the proper training.
I pray God will radically change the hearts of the young people He brings into my life!
