We team with fellow staff, Bill and Peggy Mowry, to coach pastors and leaders in the disciplemaking process. We're trusting God for:
- A movement of "insiders"—men and women coached and released who are advancing the Gospel in their networks of relationships.
- A movement of "alongsiders" who will disciple people in the mainstreams of life, where they live, work, and play.
We view this as a partnership with God—strategically investing in missional pastors, leaders, and missional church strategies.
How do we do this? We provide personal (life2life) coaching, relevant resources, creative thinking, and customized strategies to help pastors, leaders, and churches minister in missional ways.
By "missional" we mean that the people, churches, and strategies are advancing the Gospel and transforming the communities where God has placed them. This emphasizes what happens inside the heart (transformation), and outside the church walls where people live, work, and play.
We believe this is what Jesus meant when he said, “As the Father has sent me, I also send you“ (John 20:21).
