Dear Maura,
It's funny how so much of what the Bible says about finding success in life is backwards from what the world says. In business, in social networks and even in our families, we want to stand out. We want to be right, be first and be best. But God has a different plan. God says that it will be the least who are great in the kingdom of heaven. What does this mean for us? For me, it means dealing with my pride and practicing the command to love one another as we love ourselves. I want to share some of the things I'm learning at our next luncheon. Please come....and bring a friend! --Karen |
