Dear Maura,

It seems like one business after another these days is closing its doors, reorganizing its debt, or "redefining itself" to try to stay afloat. The banking industry is no exception; newspaper headlines continue to remind us that our jobs and our financial condition are not as secure as they used to be.
Susan sees firsthand how a downturned economy has affected people, as she deals with discouraged customers and tries to find the joy in her own job in the midst of it all. There is hope though! She comes this month to share some great suggestions with those of us who are weary of our work!
Please join us on February 28th! Karen |
