 The goal of The Navigators B&P
Women’s Ministry of Albuquerque,
is to help business and professional women
find their meaning, connectedness,
identity and esteem in Christ.

I knew God was calling me into vocational ministry very shortly after becoming a Christian.  My husband Leroy and I came to the Lord in January of 1989, and within weeks we were being discipled by Navigator staff. 

Within two years we were leading a young couples' Bible study at our church and I found myself discipling women, leading mini-retreats in my home, and teaching others how to lead. This led to an opportunity to direct women's ministry for my church where, among other things, I delighted in leading over 200 women on an annual retreat to Glorieta Conference Center for five years... read more
