We want to be used by God to reach diverse ethnic communities; to reach the nations—here and abroad—for Christ. The desire of our heart is to raise up new generations of laborers who will be the fragrance of Christ living and discipling among the lost.

It is our mission to:

• Engage and mentor the lost to become the fragrance of Christ who will live out the Gospel to the next generations.
• Lead, mentor, and train laborers and staff here in Chicago who are living and serving among diverse communities.
• Help pioneer new initiatives and ministries among various diverse communities.
• Mentor and disciple gang members at Cook County Maximum Security.
• Partner with the Asian Navigators leadership team to mobilize Americans for mid- and long-term missions in seven high-priority countries.
