Jason and Rachel met at ages 9 and 13 and grew up in the same city. They married in 2003 and have four children. They build their home, family, and life in reaction to the overwhelming love Christ has freely given them.
Jason served as an active duty U.S. Army officer for seven years, and throughout multiple household moves and one combat tour to Southern Baghdad, the couple saw God move in mighty ways in their lives. In 2008 they were introduced to The Navigators when a close friend was discipled at Fort Benning, GA. In April 2009, Jason and Rachel arrived to Fort Hood, TX, and they have been intimately involved in The Navigators' ministry since -- growing together in their own walks with the Lord and helping other men and women do the same.
In May 2012, Jason will leave active duty and he and Rachel will serve as full-time Navigators. They are passionate about reaching soldiers and their families, helping them find real answers to their questions, and live as God purposed.
