 My personal contributon:- I feel significant when I can teach and develop a steady stream of
disciples and laborers for Christ. I minister relationally; seeking
harmony, trust and reconciliation in others to help friends improve
their relationships with God. The college campus fit this role well.
- I
am driven with competency. I am like a fork-lift truck to lift a heavy
load for others [especially visionary, apostolic types,
intuitive-thinker types]. I am best in a sphere where I can be busy
serving, researching, and providing resources to those who are donors,
alumni and Navigator staff by supporting and improving on the ideas of
others where expertise, practicality and development is needed. My
desired result is impact on the lost, society and Christian
leadership.”
- I am a missionary to the church in America by converting
the “saved” to the real God of the Old and New Testament, going to the
“religious”, and the activity addicted and helping them bring in a
foundation of spiritual fathering. I influence those with a “big
meeting passivism” to begin a journey of legitimate connecting with
God.
- I come alongside the seeker who tends to feel isolated, and not
growing, to learn to follow God in a small community where we all learn
to live life by intermingling among those who do.
