Through God’s grace and mercy, coupled with our weakness, we will advance the gospel of Jesus and his kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.  II Corinthians 12: 9-10
I (Steve) was raised in south west Ohio and accepted Christ while attending New Tribes Bible Institute. I grew up in a Christian family and church, but never placed my faith in Jesus as my personal Savior until college. My life verse is Romans 4:4-5. I pattern my life after Jesus, focusing on God’s grace and mercy while applying His Word to my life. Read more of my testimony here.

I (Cynthia) was born and reared on a ranch in northwest Texas. My family attended a Southern Baptist Church, and I was saved at age 10. In 1996 I realized that I didn’t have a close, personal relationship with Jesus, and I have been pursuing that since that time. I work in the accounting and banking industry.

We married in 2006 and have three sons and four wonderful grandchildren. After many years of working in the secular market place, God called us into full-time ministry with The Navigators. We will focus on the future Church by reaching, discipling, equipping, sending, and sustaining the next generation of multiplying laborers. In addition to Steve's men’s accountability group, we lead small-group and discipleship ministries in several local churches, and do one-on-one discipling with several individuals.

Thank you for visiting our web page! Please come back soon and often to learn more about us and the ministry God has entrusted to us. We would be honored to partner with you to advance the gospel of Jesus and his Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
