"TeamHatch" is ministering at West Point, NY, to cadets and faculty at the United States Military Academy. I (Shawn) am separating from Active Duty in the U.S. Army and going full time with The Navigators, a mission sending organization focused on "knowing Christ and making Him known."
In 2001 we were invited by a couple at Memorial Chapel, Ft. Campbell, KY, to attend a Bible study. We joined the group and have seen how investing our lives in the lives of others is what Christ has called all believers to do. Through The Navigators, we have learned how to leverage the resources and talents God has blessed us with for the expansion of the Kingdom of God.
Our Mission - "Making Disciples of Jesus Christ to bring glory to God by advancing His Kingdom to the nations." We are reaching out to cadets and faculty to help them become more like Jesus Christ. We desire for them to glorify God and share the love of Christ with their neighbors and fellow soldiers. We hope to see soldiers leaving West Point to participate in building the Kingdom of God from the Army to all the nations in the world.
