Roger and Lynn have served with The Navigators since 1988, ministering for twelve years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and twice leading teams of students in launching a ministry on a university campus in Siberia.
Since 1996 they have served on the EDGE Corps Directors Team, developing young collegiate staff. EDGE Corps is a 1-2 year internship with the Collegiate Navigators in which recent college graduates have the opportunity to serve and learn from veteran campus missionaries. In his role as Director, Roger oversees the training and placement of EDGErs around the US.
In addition to his EDGE Corps responsibilities, Roger is Collegiate Training Director, overseeing all collegiate staff who are receiving training for long-term service with The Navigators.
Lynn and Roger teach regularly at the EDGE Corps Summits and Training Conferences. They recruit and interview those who apply to EDGE Corps, and work with Navigator staff around the country to match EDGErs and campus teams for optimum success.
Lynn has written a book called Facing Autism, and has spoken to parents and teachers across the US and Europe. The Hamiltons currently live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with their four children, Ryan (17), Tori (15), Drew (7) and Michael (4).
