Through Rich’s study of discipleship and subsequent work on staff at our home church, the Holy Spirit led us to the Navigators.

We are thrilled and eager to work alongside the Navigators because we share a kindred heart; which is spiritual multiplication through generations of disciples. Our passion, which is the Church, makes the Navigator CDM ministry a match made in Heaven for us.


Our vision is to see disciple making restored as the primary function of churches.

Our mission is to share God’s message of spiritual multiplication with churches and to partner with those who hear the call to become an intentional disciplemaking church.

What excites us about this ministry is the knowledge that we will not reach the ends of the earth apart from The Church.  Christ said every people group will be reached.  Our question to the church is...why not our children, or our grandchildren?  Amanda and I cannot wait to see what will happen when the God-given resources and Spirit-infused power of the bride of Christ, His Church, is back on mission—to make disciples of Jesus Christ, to the ends of the Earth.
