Candice is from Vidalia, Georgia. She received her undergrad degree in General Studies with concentrations in Business, Education, and Psychology from Valdosta State University. When she was in college, the Lord gave her a strong conviction to be a lifelong learner (to know Christ) and laborer (and make Him known). Since graduating in 2005, the Lord has given her many opportunities to live out this conviction through being developed and serving in full-time ministry for two years at Valdosta State University campus and then two years in urban ministry in Memphis, Tennessee. During her time in Memphis, the Lord continued to give her a heart for campus ministry and to see laborers leave the campus to impact places all around the world, even places like Memphis! Serving with EDGE Corps has allowed her to continue to know Christ and make Him known.
