Bob and Ruth lead the Church Discipleship Ministry in the Northeast. Through regular gatherings and one-to-one times, they provide staff development, supervision, coaching, and shepherding for a multi-talented team. As they partner together in ministry, they serve with church staff, both formally and informally. Their insight, relational skills, and national knowledge of church enhance their effectiveness in ministry. God has always given Bob and Ruth a heart to give themselves to the men and women wherever they have lived.
As the Regional Leaders, Bob and Ruth serve an area that stretches from northern New England to New York City. Bob and Ruth also serve with the Boston Metro leadership team, where they promote oneness of all Boston Navigator staff in their various missions.
Ruth is an author of a new three-book series,
A Woman’s Journey of Discipleship, published June 2010 by NavPress. Ruth’s great joy has been to see women whom she has discipled and mentored invest in others.
