Sander's Ministry Update
- Darrell and Vollie spoke at a Conference in Oklahoma recently. Darrell shared on the "Marks of a Disciple" and the "Marks of a Leader". Vollie spoke to a group of women about being disciplers and insiders for Christ. It was a wonderful time with a terrific group of business and professional men and women who are committed to helping reach their city for Christ.
- The number of staff for which we are responsible in the MetroNet continues to increase. We count it a privilege to serve these dear friends in their lives and ministries.
- Darrell is part of a National Navigator group helping to establish and facilitate a framework of training and development to serve our staff in making their best contribution to the mission God has given us.
- Vollie and Darrell were involved in the "75th Anniversary" of First Evangelical Church and their Mission Conference in Memphis. It was a great time to see many friends and supporters and update the church on the progress of the Metro Mission.
- Darrell also ministered to the small group leadership of a Community Church in Tampa on the subject of "Becoming More Missional". We hope this will strengthen the efforts of those leaders in reaching their lost friends and discipling others.
- In January, Darrell taught at the National Metro Leadership team meeting on the subject of "Increasing your Capacity as a Leader". We have a great group of Metro City leaders, and we are trying to serve them in every way we can.
- We are finding every day that our lives are full of people and opportunities from the Lord. We know that it is a deep privilege to be serving the Lord in these ways. Thanks for your investment in our lives and ministry.
