Over the years we have seen two major statistics hold true among teenagers. The first is very exciting … that over 80% of the decisions made for Christ occur before the age of 18. However, the second statistic is very disturbing and breaks our hearts … of that 80% the majority walk away in their early twenties. Something isn’t right in the youth culture of the church and this trend desperately needs to be reversed.
It is our passion to reverse this trend by helping teenagers take their first step toward our Heavenly Father, and then continue the process toward a deeper relationship with God and others. We seek to do this through discipling them in the faith, with a huge desire to see them one day reproduce reproducing disciples for a lifetime.
Therefore, we seek not only to influence teenagers directly but also to influence the leaders of the youth culture. We want to be intentional in doing this by connecting, encouraging, and coaching youth pastors, youth workers, or anyone who wants to pour what God has poured into their life into the life of another within the youth culture.
