And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.   2 Timothy 2:2

I was introduced to The Navigators in 1988 through the ministry of a Navigator missionary stationed at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines.

The Navigators’ calling—to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost—resonates with me. I have a strong sense of calling to the military. I served 20 years in the Air Force as a Helicopter Pilot, flying Combat Search and Rescue, as well as Special Operations missions. This experience proves vital in relating to military men and women in the service.

My wife, Amor, and I currently minister at Fort Carson Army Post in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and in the Colorado Springs military complex. As God raises up individuals who are interested in growing in their faith, we equip them to share the Gospel. As the Army deploys and moves them around the world, they are then able to share with other people in distant places!

Though our focus is not exclusively ethnic individuals in the military,  both Amor’s and my ethnic backgrounds (Filipino and Puerto Rican) seem to naturally attract other ethnic individuals. Our ministry is very diverse, with people of various military and ethnic backgrounds. It is exciting for us to see couples and individuals learning to grow in their faith and walk with the Lord.
