Locally

1. Leading a prayer ministry for men
2. mentoring men and women in their walk with God and their ministry to their family and beyond.
3. teaching on marriage and family

Internationally

1. mentoring and encouraging several key staff and pastors in Argentina
2. teaching at conferences in places like Egypt, Sudan and England
3. participating on the Leader Development Network Team that teaches on leadership around the world.
