College is a pivotal time in life for many people. Students today are asking big questions that will become the foundation for how they will live the rest of their life. As I walked onto the campus at Florida State University as a freshman, I had many questions regarding faith and purpose. God used the Navigators to grow my heart for Him and to understand what it meant to have a personal walk with God. This completely changed me, as I realized my life had a meaning greater than myself. From there my heart for God grew to invest in college students of all backgrounds and walks of life for His glory.
The heart of what I do at the University of South Florida starts with investing in students—both those that believe in Jesus, and those that are seeking to know about Him. Through relationships, discipleship, and small-group Bible studies, I pray that these students would be established as future laborers for God—seeking Him and serving Him for a lifetime. I believe that as they catch the vision to see God use their life, they will reach the world, fulfilling the Great Commission with the Gospel of Jesus.
