Rich and Lindsey met The Navigators as students at the University of Cincinnati. During his first three years of college, Rich volunteered as a youth pastor at Northern Hills United Methodist Church, and participated in The Navigators socially. His senior year, he left his volunteer position and invested his time in the vision and mission of UC's Navigators.
Lindsey came into contact with The Navigators during the fall of her sophomore year. Persuaded by a high school friend, she went to a large group meeting. Her heart was moved by the stories, and she was influenced by the people to change her lifestyle and run after Jesus.
God has set the vision and mission of The Navigators in the hearts of Rich and Lindsey as they pour out their life to the students at UC. They spend their time building up the Kingdom of God through one–on–one discipling. They dream that their friends would begin to know and follow Jesus. Rich and Lindsey are excited to see God use them in the lives of students at UC, now and in the years to come, as they continue on staff at the University of Cincinnati.
