Tara and I got involved with the Navigators during our college years at two different campuses—I was studying at the University of Minnesota and Tara was at South Dakota State University. We both realized that our walk with God during high school was very different from that of students we met at college, and we desired a deeper relationship with Him. The Navigators was a place for us to grow deeper in our faith and receive encouragement and training.
We are excited to be Navigators because we are passionate about making disciples for Christ. Through our ministry in Whitewater we seek to help students grow in their walk with God and give them tools to pass on to other people in their sphere of influence.
We enjoy ministering to college students because it is a time when they are making some of the most important decisions of their life.
Our hope is that we can help them be great men and women that will impact the rest of the world for Christ!
