I was first involved with The Navigators my freshman year at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where I formed lasting friendships with Navigators and others who influenced me spiritually. Through these friendships with peers and Nav leaders, I came to know Christ as my Lord and Savior, a beacon of hope shining in a broken world. The more I come to know the character of God, the more unworthy and messy I feel, and the more I understand my need for grace. It is this grace to which I cling and also why I am returning to The Navigators, this time as staff at Boston University. I am excited to get to know students and walk along beside them as they grow and mature in their own walks with God.
