Henry and Jacque mentor inner city high school and college students, training them to become spiritual leaders and influencers in their communities. They also train intern staff with The Navigators to minister to urban youth.

In 2003 God led them to buy a house in the inner city and then to build a 2nd house next door called “R” House (Isaiah 58:12).

“R” House provides urban teens a safe, positive place to hang out while being mentored by intern Navigator staff. The intern staff live upstairs at “R” House and receive urban youth ministry training as they work with youth.
