Our Navigator Ministry
US Directors Team
Dennis, Sam Hershey, and Don Graybill provide leadership for 140 Navigator Representatives, Entity staff, and Ministry Partners. They meet regularly by phone and provide direction for the Regional leaders and the Training and Development team. They are excited to serve over 1000 church leaders.
Portland Church Discipleship Team
Dennis and Mary Jane provide leadership for the five couples on our CDM team here in the Portland area. We are serving 30 different church leaders in this area. We help churches grow deeper in their ability to do one-to-one discipleship, and the process (IDC) to help a church change how they are organized together to make disciples.
Ministry Coaching
Dennis provides coaching, working with 30 pastors across the nation. He is teaming with Ministry Coaching International to serve church leaders that represent over 32,000 people attending their churches.
Country Leader for the Philippines
Dennis and Mary Jane are serving four key pastors who are training 11 leaders who are training 250 pastors across the three regions of the Philippines. We hope to eventually see over 1000 churches in training
Local Church Small Groups and Seeker Group
Mary Jane and I are leading a new life group with multi-ethnic couples. We are also leading a group of seekers with three couples
Neighborhood Outreach
Mary Jane is reaching out to a young teen who lived in our neighborhood. She is also building relationship with a woman at work.
