Rich is the National Director for The Navigators’ African-American Network.

For 40 years, Rich and Jane have pioneered teaching, training and coaching ministries to students, couples, businesspeople and pastors. They planted and pastored a church, worked for a denomination and ministered in several national roles with The Navigators.

Presently Jane develops leaders among women though retreats and small groups. One of Rich's duties in the Network is to direct the Congress on Discipleship, an annual event that trains and develops leaders to minister in urban areas.
