When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Kevin and Kim Atkinson were both involved with The Navigators as students at the University of Nebraska, where they also both served on Navigator staff after graduating.

Kevin now serves on the EDGE Corps Directors Team, where he helps train and resource the next generation of ministry leaders.  He also has ministered with The Navigators at the University of Zambia and as the executive assistant to the U.S. Collegiate Director.

Kim works in education, primarily with students with learning disabilities and soldiers with brain injuries.
