Dallas - Fort Worth

Our goal is to have a life-transforming, strategic, multiplying impact for the Lord among the Spanish and English speaking Hispanic community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are reaching out to the community by way of contacts through our church and other local churches.

We have evangelistic Bible studies which develop into discipleship groups, and then into mentoring groups for emerging leaders. As people are reborn and mature in Christ Jesus, they also begin to reach out to the community to repeat the process (2 Timothy 2:2).

We also work toward accomplishing our goal by training those who are already leaders or potential leaders. Through discipleship and mentoring groups, we help people develop into leaders who reproduce in their own spheres of influence (1 Corinthians 3:5-9).

We are multiplying leaders in several ways:

• Through those we disciple from babyhood in Christ.
• Through using our newly-formed training institution to develop Christian leaders: Centro de Desarrollo Cristiano (Christian Development Center). 
• Through mentoring and influencing the leadership of churches (pastors, womenʼs leadership, or others) to meet the spiritual needs of those in their own congregations.
