Mornings and Afternoon Shifts OR Afternoon and Evening Shifts

Responsibilities:   Inform guests of the history and ministry of Glen Eyrie and The Navigators.  Assist guests with making reservations via phone and in person, guide guests through the check-in process when they arrive to the property.  Conduct financial transactions for the guest, provide directions and recommendations of local services, interact with the sales and operations teams to ensure that guest needs are being met, answer the internal and external operator phone lines.  Attend weekly team meetings.

Qualifications:   Excellent computer, telephone and communication skills are required  Ability to multitask well and maintain composure in a busy environment.  Also possess the ability to manage money.  Professional appearance and demeanor required.  A background check is required.  Committed Christian with a belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
