Mornings and Afternoon Shifts OR Afternoon and Evening Shifts

Responsibilities:   Serve guests in a retail environment with an understanding of bibles, bibles studies, books, gifts, tea and seasonal merchandise.  Conduct opening and closing procedures to include cash handling and daily reporting.  Prepare a variety of espresso drinks, tea and iced beverages.  Conduct weekly ordering of special orders and inventory maintenance with approval from manager, interact with the sales and operations teams to ensure that guest needs are being met, answer the internal and external operator phone lines.  Attend weekly team meetings.

Qualifications:  Excellent computer, telephone and communication skills are required.  Ability to multitask well and maintain composure in a busy environment.  Also possess the ability to manage money.  Professional appearance and demeanor required.  A background check is required.  Committed Christian with a belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
