A Ministry Snapshot
by Diane Lamb

Nicki Habecker and I have been leading a women's Bible study here in our office. We are doing a study together on the book The Sacred Romance by Brent Curtis and John Eldredge. The book is helping us to explore what God has for us as women and is teaching us how to be free in Christ. We started out with ten women, but four weeks into the study, we now have 12. The lord is moving in our hearts and lives in a special way. One woman for whom we prayed for many years has opened up and sought counseling to deal with her problems. Another has communicated to others that the women in the study are a real blessing to her life. We are praying this study will continue and we will be able to disciple these women and perhaps even start another study with non-Christians.

Diane Lamb and Nicki Habecker live in Elizabethtown, PA, where they work with Navstaff Don and Marilyn Graybill. Diane is retired, a mother of six and grandmother of 15 with two great-grand-children. Nicki has been a missionary in China.

Articles can range in length from short to up to 500 words. If you send something longer, we will edit it to fit our space. Not all articles are guaranteed to be used. Please e-mail your articles to Pam Smith in the NWM office (pam.smith@navigators.org).
