MISSION AND VISION
The National Women’s Ministry is committed to partnering with the National Leadership Team, the entities, metro ministries, and national functions to strengthen the Kingdom contribution of women in The Navigators and the body of Christ.

We partner through:
• Encouraging men and women to partner in our Core and calling
• Identifying and endorsing emerging female leaders
• Networking and linking women across entities
• Providing a safe sounding board for men and women as they build teams and missional communities

We advocate by:
• Creating visibility
• Providing sponsorship
• Identifying organizational barriers

We influence the entities, metro ministries, and national functions to:
• Recruit, encourage, develop, and shepherd staff women
• Affirm and endorse the contribution of women
• Encourage men and women to partner in ministry at every level
