We partner through: • Encouraging men and women to partner in our Core and calling
• Identifying and endorsing emerging female leaders
• Networking and linking women across entities
• Providing a safe sounding board for men and women as they build teams and missional communities
We advocate by: • Creating visibility
• Providing sponsorship
• Identifying organizational barriers
We influence the entities, metro ministries, and national functions to: • Recruit, encourage, develop, and shepherd staff women
• Affirm and endorse the contribution of women
• Encourage men and women to partner in ministry at every level
