Forum Outcomes

What happens as a result of participating in the Second Half Forums? What differences can they make in your life?
The Forums are designed to lead to several important outcomes. Experiencing the Discovery and Next Steps Forums will help each participant:

• Bring into focus an understanding of the person God has designed them to be -- their divine design.
• Work out the implications that their God-given design has for the next phase of their life.
• Recognize any major life adjustments that need to be made -- e.g., simplified and focused lifestyle, or renewed intimacy with God, spouse and close friends.
• Walk away with a Personal Contribution Profile and with a strong sense of "rightness," that this is what God wants them to do.
• Crystallize and leave with a Personal Development Plan to help them maximize the contribution into which God is pointing and directing them.
• Learn how to co-labor in a shared life mission, and to live and serve in community, consistent with their personal design and desires.

By taking a deliberate approach to reviewing your past and refocusing your future, the road ahead could very well be the best part of the journey.
