Next Step: Partnering

The issue of partnering in Next Steps Forum addresses the need for spouses to function together as a husband and wife ministry team.

Priscilla and Aquila are an example of partnering in the Bible. In Acts 18 they are ministering with Paul and contribute to the development of Apollos. Romans 16:3 tells us that they were known as fellow workers, not as Aquila and his wife. Interestingly, in all four passages that mention them, both of their names are mentioned.

Spouses or other teams partner when they unify under a mutual commitment of heart and vision and use their spiritual gifting and personality differences to impact their world for God's purposes.
