Discovering Your Personal Values

Personal values drive behavior and contribute to a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. They also affect how we live out and express ourselves in all other areas of our lives. Personal values differ among individuals in widely varying degrees.

Personal values can be defined as enduring beliefs that a specific mode of conduct, principle, standard, quality or end-state of existence is preferable, more worthwhile or desirable than another.

In this section of Discovery Forum, you will identify your personal values and analyze how you are experiencing these values in your current role and what implications these values may have on your decisions for the next phase of your life and your ministry.
